Return Policies

Please Note: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted on Ready-To-Ship Dollies within 7 days of shipment. Refunds will be issued within 1-3 business days upon return of the Dolly to Orange Blossom Dollies. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of original shipment. 

-All returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it in.

- Returns that are lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded.

-Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the Dolly. After 7 days, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

- All returns must have a first and last name and address inside the packaging in order for refunds to be processed. 

- Dollies returned in original condition will be subject to 100% refund. 

-Dollies not returned in original condition will be evaluated by Orange Blossom Dollies and will be subject to a partial refund of up to 50% the original purchase price plus a 15% restocking fee. 

-Returns will not be accepted on any Custom Dolly or Outfit Orders.

Damage & Repair Policies

Please Note: All Orange Blossom Dollies are carefully inspected and photographed before shipment so that documentation of the condition the Dolly was sent in is on file at Orange Blossom Dollies. 

-Orange Blossom Dollies are intended for decorative use or gentle play only.

- Orange Blossom Dollies will repair defects to the dolly if it is brought to our attention within 7 days of original shipment.

-Damage that is brought to our attention within 7 days of original shipment that is a defect upon receiving the dolly will be repaired free of charge. 

-All damage will be evaluated by Orange Blossom Dollies. If the damage to the Dolly is as a result of rough play by any child or animal, no repairs will be made. 

-All repairs may be subject to a Repair charge of up to $50 depending on the level of damage to the dolly.
